The Clubs FAQs

Can I join both clubs?

Of course! The more the merrier.

To make it easier, you can join The Wine Club where you can easily swap a wine for a gin (note: you cannot do this in The Gin Club). If you would prefer to have both wine & gin deliveries, you may sign up to both!

Can I swap wine for gin and vice versa?

You can swap wine for gin only in The Wine Club. The Gin club is purely for the gin lovers!

When will my deliveries come?

Your deliveries will come every 6 months from the day you sign up.

Can I skip deliveries?

Yes! We allow you to skip your deliveries. You can do this in your portal or contact us for help.

What don't I get a discount on and why?

Bulk Fortifieds. Why? These are already heavily discounted.

Seasonal Gins. Why? They are limited release and we only produce a small amount each time.

Can I cancel my membership?

Of course you can. You can cancel anytime given you have received two deliveries (your first 6 bottle purchase counts as one delivery). You do need to contact us directly to cancel.

How do I change my selection?

You can change your selection every delivery you get. To do this, follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your account

2. In your portal, you will see a tab called 'Subscriptions'

3. Select 'Edit'

4. Take off and put on bottles as you wish. You can also change from 6 bottles to 12 bottles and so on.
