Hot Jam Donut Gin Cocktails
The easiest way to drink our Limited Release Hot Jam Donut Gin is just with soda with a drop of jam. However, get your creative flare going with the below cocktails!
Bramble
50ml Hot Jam Donut Gin
20ml lemon juice
¾tbsp sugar syrup
15ml crème de mure
Ice
Assemble all ingredients (excpet crème de mure) into a cocktail glass over ice and mix. Pour over crème de mure to bleed into the drink. Garnish with a strawberry or a raspberry.
Gin Fizz
60ml Hot Jam Donut Gin
30mL fresh lemon juice
10ml grenadine
½ an egg white)
Soda water
Ice
Raspberry for garnish
Place the gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake well without ice.
Add ice and shake again until the drink is well chilled. Strain into a glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with a raspberry or two.

Combine all ingredients into a glass over ice. Stir so jam dissolves.
