Calliope Chardonnay

The Calliope Range is released in limited quantities and only in exceptional years benefitting the standards we set for our premium wines. 

Bright pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb scents show good elevation followed by hints of butterscotch finger, toast and spicy nougat. Creamy and rich, mouth-filling flavours of spicy ripe peaches, apricot, honeycomb and toast overlay a back drop of almonds and subtle butterscotch. Dry balanced finish with a textured medium to long aftertaste.
