Elderflower Gin

Juniper - Elderflower - Orange - Angelica Root - Cucumber - Lavender - Rose Petals - Cassia Bark

A distinctly floral Old Tom style Gin, created by infusing lavender, rose-petals and of course, elderflower. On the nose it is honeyed and floral , bursting with botanicals - a hint of spice comes from cassia bark. On the palate a soft sweetness is followed by flavours of rose petals and chamomile while delicate notes of lychee and green floral notes linger on the finish.
